We would like to thank everyone for their patience as we work bugs out of the church’s sound system. The audio that streams online seems to be fine, but the sound inside the church makes understanding voices clearly very difficult. It’s an old system that is tricky to set up just right. Additionally, because of the large speakers mounted in the ceiling, it’s rather prone to feedback. Please know that we are painfully aware of the difficulties experienced by parishioners with diminished hearing and are working very hard every week to address them. We’re trying our best to make Fr. Miron clearly and easily heard without causing ear-splitting screeches by amplifying him too much. We are also currently working on making necessary upgrades to the system, a process begun under Fr. Tom and put on hold because of his untimely death. If you would like to contribute financially to those upgrades, please contact Fr. Miron.
